Fire-tube industrial heating boilers of the typeMEGA - long-burning combustion boilers operating in manual fuel loading and auto-feeding modes. They are installed in transportable and stationary boiler houses with closed heating systems. Power range: 600-1500 kW. The boiler heat exchanger is lined with chamotte stone.

The boiler is equipped with a cast-iron grate, large in area, which ensures uniform combustion of fuel of different humidity levels. The boilers operate at a high pressure level - up to 3 bar, which allows the equipment to be installed in heating systems with a high pressure level
of the heat carrier. The temperature in the boiler typeMEGAis regulated by a microprocessor in the form of a PID control unit.
To switch the boiler to the automatic fuel supply mode, it is necessary to additionally install a door for the pellet burner, the burner itself and the fuel hopper.

С 2018 г. пользуемся твердотопливными котлами. Альтеп-МЕГА мощностью 1 МВт и 1,5 МВт. За время эксплуатации, оборудование показало себя как надежное, неприхотливое и удобное в обслуживании, а самое главное – отвечающее всем заявленным характеристикам. С поставленными задачами по теплоснабжению производственных и офисных помещений справляются «на ура». Рекомендую.

Для отопления комплекса торгово-складских и офисных помещений, которые расширяются, начиная с октября 2016 года построено ряд котельных на твердом топливе. Учитывая потребляемую мощность, установили котлы ТМ Альтеп серии МЕГА. В качестве топлива используются торфяные брикеты. Оборудование надежное, отлично работает даже на максимальных режимах. После введения в эксплуатацию первого котла, на следующий сезон модернизировали систему отопления, установив теплоаккумуляторы этого же производителя. Это позволило сократить расходы топлива на 25%. В дальнейшем котлы устанавливали только с теплоаккумуляторами. Удобство эксплуатации, высокий КПД и невысокая себестоимость тепла подтвердили правильность выбора твердотопивного оборудования для котельной.

Сравнивали котел Mega Altep с другими производителями. Очень впечатлила топка - в котле 800 кВт глубина 1860 мм. Также следует отметить качественные двери с двойной изоляцией. Котлы могут работать при высоком давлении. Это лучшие котлы в Украине.
