Standard 2: Quality of welds.

Have you encountered the problem of boiler leaks? The cause of the leakage is a leak in the heat exchanger. In simple terms, it means that the seam used to weld the workpieces is not of high quality.

The quality of the welds of Altep products is ensured by high-tech welding machines made in Europe, whose operating modes are adapted to the thickness of the steel from which the boiler is made. Welding operations are performed by professional welders who are regularly certified. An important condition is the quality of the steel itself. For the production of boilers, high-quality carbon steel sheets with a thickness of more than 6 mm must be used. All welded boiler structures are subject to technical quality control and pressure testing with a pressure of more than 0.35 MPa.
